Here at Taylor-Stevenson Ranch Area we are all about teaching to students the history of various minority involvements in the settling of the western United States. Whether it’s feeding the farm animals or roping an ornery steer, we experience the everyday trials and successes that have preserved this Ranch for future generations.

For the last 150 years, Taylor-Stevenson Ranch Area has included hands-on education programs to students and teachers that can bring the past alive. We recognize the importance of learning through touching, and re-living the experiences.  Bringing interactive and hands-on education programs into the classrooms, outreaches complement the school's curricula and provide the students a chance to learn more about local history with artifact replicas and interactive activities. Volunteers assist the staff with the outreach programs and work directly with the students and the hands-on objects / activities.

Come and be a part of our history - We’re sure your journey will be time well spent!
